Now, 5 Years, 10 Years, 50 Years
I am incredibly interested in what you see as the future of your work. What will be the driving factors that will change how you work? How can SeeClickFix partner and facilitate those changes?
The future is difficult to predict, sometimes change can seem to be the only constant, but I believe that together we can help shape part of that change…

Seeing the 'low hanging fruit' right in front of you!
How do you convince other departments within your town to use SCF? Why not explain that letting citizens see the work being done by your department already? If a citizen can see what DPW is doing to solve other citizen's requests in their neighborhood, you end up getting credit for work you've always done…

What conferences are you attending?
The team in Princeton suggested that we attend the NJGMIS conference this year, which was great. Usually we exhibit at ICMA, APWA, NLC, the Cityworks User Conference + a few other conferences during the year…

Encouraging usage of the SCF API
How and whom should I engage in my area to let them know about the SCF API and data. What can developers and other agencies gain from using the SCF API. How can local govs make it easier for outside orgs to connect services via the SCF API?
Wait, what is an API?

Collaborative Data
I'd be interested in discussing how data can be open and collaborative from the start, especially through using resources such as GitHub (https://government.github.com/).

Stories of fail in resident communication / citizen engagement.
Talking to residents online can be tricky to navigate -- and we've all failed at saying the right thing in every situation. I'd like to hear these stories because that's the best way we can improve communication in the future!

Community Building w/ SCF
I would love to talk about how SeeClickFix can be best used to bring neighborhoods together. I have seen some great opportunities for neighbors to connect and work together to better their community including Snowcrew and beautification projects.

Workflow For SCF
I would be interested in seeing how other cities handle their workflow for incoming SCF issues. I know that there have to be several ways to handle this and track the status of issues.

3D Printing & Laser Cutting Demo
We have a local maker space "MakeHaven" (http://makehaven.org) on the same block as our office.
For this session we can head over, get a tour and then do a 3D print of a wrench heart or laser etch a map of a city.
